As a Hardware Synthesis Engineer for hybrid vehicles e-machines, I am in charge with the development, validation, industrialization and manufacturing process for e-machine, regarding any evolution or quality improvements- during the project or in serial life : - synthesis of e-machine modifications with cross function impact;- synthesis of process parameters with direct impact on the e-machine production quality;- establish the validation plan for e-machine evolution;- establish the validation plan for the optimization of e-machine manufacturing process;- managing testing rotors on high speed - high temperature bench;- managing testing and validation of e-machine on dynamo-meter test bench or on vehicle;- writing of e-machine test procedures and standards;- manage components suppliers and in charge with project reporting;- analysis of e-machines faults and propose corrective actions.
