• Responsible for account balancing and ledger reconciliation, cash and cash équivalent in the respect of SOP and LSOP

• Sales forcasting (occupancy, average ticket) and menu pricing
• Management control and financial analysis (ROI, Breakeven point, margin calculation,…) Operational management of the group’s various restaurants’ brands)
• Daily sales reports, weekly and montly forecasting
• Competition analysis and documentary monitoring
