Project Manager
Current- manage the project team to realize the project objectives defined in the Project Agreement.- manage Customer Interface. Current activities with french and US customers.- manage and participation in the selection of outsourcing and development partners (e.g suppliers sourcing process).- plans and conducts project reviews, milestone (gates) meetings according with current PLC/Gate procedure.- do planning, requests and tracking the R&D budget.- establish appropriate project reporting structure and information flow (ePSR, Global PS, Project plan, ...).- plan, coordinate, track, report and implement the entire project.- ensure that proper measures are used in defining corrective actions, perform risk management (escalation of issues).- approve modifications in time, budget and specifications within an agreed scope of the project.- perform the necessary controlling of the project regarding functional, economical and timing aspects.- manage integration of new technologies into the project- ensure project compliance to company's and divisional processes.
