Je suis responsable de l'innovation au sein du Groupe Pierre Henry. Mon périmètre passe par l'étude de marché, l'étude d'usage utilisateur, la proposition d'idées (Croquis, dessin, 3D) le prototypage jusqu'à la réalisation des plans et fabrication. Je m'occupe également de la réalisation des vidéos sur les différents produits que le groupe propose.

The brief was to create a innovative concept of storage for the under-sink in the kitchen with a limited budget. This project gives me a chance to work on :- Observation: To get some date from users. The purpose of my project was to:- Improve my english skills- Work in a foreign country- Live within another cultureThis project was a total success because I am definitely better at speaking and understanding english language. Besides living in another culture and meeting new people enable me to be more open minded. I am definitely open to begin an international career.

I worked on the Sharklet and neo project. These are two projects to dicrease the consumption of the A320 aircraft.My work consisted in :• Manage risk analysis (Work orders and project level)• Analyse staking chain(steps & gaps) in design office drawings (Manufacturing)• Use of 3D digital mock up (Catia V5) to create work orders • Create and perform quality controls on sharklets (Design, quality, configuration)Manage the transfer into serial of the projectSharklet project was a total success because the production line wasn't disturbed at all. A320 neo aircraft did his first flight last week right on schedule.

On the final assembly line of the A380, I was in charge of a project to enable the ramp up of the production.My work consisted in :• Analyse assembly process to optimize the production cycle• Identify the potential of the project pre-assembly• Design workspaces and trolleys to secure the assembly process to kitting parts• Write new work orders and test them directly on the production lineThanks to the application of the project, I was able to decrease the production cycle of the A380.

I work on a project which consisted to input a mechanical structure in a nuclear reactor. The outputs of this project will give more information for ITER Project (International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor)My work consisted in : • Define the environment stress and parts parameters• Realise the 2D and 3D drawings of all parts on Catia V5 and Ansys Workbench• Perform thermal calculations on the structure (Special temperature in the nuclear reactor)• Perform mechanical calculations on the structure (Dynamic and static analysis)• Improve the design of the structure according to calculation results• Study the assembly process in order install the structure in the nuclear reactor• Write technical reports to prove the possibility of the project on a mechanical point of viewThe report I wrote was used to justify the feasibility of the project and unlock a budget to realize it.
