Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), implementing individualized treatment plans to improve communication, social skills, and behavioral challenges. I have participated in a cultural exchange around sustainable living and organic agriculture in pursuit of living in harmony with nature. I am learning about sustainable farming, organic food production, and agriculture along with immersing myself into the rich Hawaiian culture. My goal in this program is to learn about agro-ecological farming and sustainability. A few of my job responsibilities include harvesting tropical fruits, packing fruits, farmers markets, planting fruit trees and caring for the orchard. Additionally, I received training and practiced general farm maintenance such as cleaning orchards, mulching, weeding, planting.

I am currently working with high school seniors by providing them with information, support, and services regarding college awareness, choosing colleges and majors, the college application process, financial aid, and scholarships. My duties consist of conducting individual interviews with students to help them determine their personal and career goals; and developing individualized short and long term plans accordingly.
