I've always been very interested in "rules" and therefore realized I wanted to study law at a rather early age; experience and professional growth has then led me to understand that rules can - and are meant to be - "shaped" and adapted to one's (a client's) needs, which is what I strive to do on a daily basis. After having completed (or started, depending on the point of view) my professional path in Italy by passing the bar exam in Milan in November of 2013, I have come to realize just how much I was interested in international law and foreign jurisdictions and have shortly thereafter obtained an LL.M. (Master of Laws) at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) with a specialization in international and comparative law, which has broadened my horizons and ability to think transversally, which is of great use in my practice, now based primarily on international business transactions (corporate and commercial) and wealth management.
