Lead people to advance equity, inclusion and justice via Workplace and Community trainings, workshops, and coaching engagments in the National Transportation Industry, Music Group Industry, Academia (Preschool to University) , Automotive Industry and Community setting. Provide curriculum design, facilitation and thought partnership with the organization and stakeholders.With a strong knowledge of pedagogical and racial justice dialogue strategies, I heighten the skill set and understanding of education, legal/judicial, and faith-based community stakeholders regarding approaches stemming from critical race theory, feminist and queer theories, trauma informed practices, restorative justice, interpersonal dialogue theory, popular education theory, and adult learning theory. By integrating post program consultations and stakeholder support strategies, I ensure consistency in outcomes. Selected highlights included:★ Creating the inaugural 500+ page curriculum, including five modular breakout sessions, for a three-day retreat.★ Stimulating community member growth by designing and delivering a six-module training program and a two-month leadership preparation course.★ Successfully graduating 90% of the inaugural cohort which resulted in the Southern California Grantmakers Foundation renewing the program with expansion to new markets.

Designed and Delivered an Intersectionality, Racism and Leadership workshop to Early Childhood Educators as it applies and impacts the Pre-school and Early Childhood Education sector.

Delivered comprehensive Student Services programming for Non Traditional College Students (First Gen, Veterans, Adult Learners, etc.) via administrative management of three functional areas (Bursar/Business Office, Registrar, and Student Services) with a team of up to six staff members and multiple Federal Work Study students. Administered, educated, and investigated all Title IX and Americans With Disabilities (ADA) matters to extend faculty, staff and student knowledge, awareness and access to resource needs.Established service learning and student resource relationships with community stakeholders to foster inclusive learning environments. Supported campus initiatives as a strategic planning committee specialist and senior management team member. Selected highlights include:★ Shaped the direction of professional development via designed and delivery of 50+ faculty workshops based on feedback, 360 peer reviews, diversity/inclusion, student conflict, restorative justice, and community building.★ Optimized engagement and retention via data analytics. Implemented and assessed quarterly and annual qualitative/quantitative student satisfaction survey process. Leveraged findings to influence and initiate new support and resource services. ★ Instituted best practice standards across multiple campuses via yearlong standardization of Quarterly Surveys impacting 11 programs and eight accrediting bodies.★ Achieved zero findings in all audit areas through effective integration of federal, state, and industry Title IX, ADA, Title IV regulations and accrediting standards related to budget, student satisfaction, and compliance.★ Decreased student attrition from 3.2% to 1.9% within a six-month period via execution of End of Day report addressing absences and immediate concerns. Additional strategies included collaborating daily with the Education Department and performing monthly analysis of attrition cause and resultant resource mapping.
