As a certified bilingual executive coach, experienced facilitator and trainer, I help my clients reach their full potential. I like to bring them new perspectives, challenge the status quo and get them to look at solutions with fresh eyes. I am known for my authenticity, quality of listening and my ability to synthesise while embracing complexity. I use "sof-skills" as powerful levers of performance, combining people-centred and results-oriented approaches.Over 20 years of leadership experience in international companies has given me the opportunity to lead teams in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and North America. My journey has allowed me to accompany teams and their leaders to embrace change, strengthen their efficiency and shape their desired future in their organisation. These experiences led me to found Valérie Sanchez Consulting, Coaching & Training to support startups as well as international organisations around my preferred topics: Diversity Equity Inclusion | Collaboration and team dynamics | Empathy and active listening | Inspiring and generating trust | Activating resilience | Influencing and strengthening impact.All these years I have taken great pleasure in contributing to the growth of human capital and leadership in companies. When I discovered Crysalia and its team, it became clear to me that this should be my next professional chapter, to serve the human capital of families.As Chief Learning and Development Officer, I have the opportunity to work as a team, to accompany families in business on their journey. These family dynamics comes with emotional dimensions that bring a unique resonance and depth to our accompaniments.Depth, because it necessarily takes place over a long period of time, over several generations... With unique resonances, if we consider the influence that such families can have on their ecosystem, to the point of foreseeing potential ecological or social impacts that can reflect on a larger scale.
