Continually improve the profitability of the association by creating annual budget, managing costs, improving attendance at conferences, growing membership, developing nondues revenue programs and looking for opportunities to invest savings to maximize the association’s finances.Create new opportunities for member engagement through fellowship opportunities, special events at conferences and volunteer opportunities.Improve accountability of Board and committees by ensuring regular meetings with agendas and minutes with action plans.Work with the association lobbyist to educate state legislators on chiropractic issues and created a grassroots program using current association management software.Communicate regularly with target audiences, using a variety of vehicles including printed magazine, e-newsletter, email, direct mail, social media and podcast.
