Successfully led all members through rebranding, restructuring, community outreach, and marketing. Developed instructional methodologies that align with state standards and programs that align with the California Education Code. The school served diverse student populations, improved educational pathways, and updated continuous improvement plans. Coordinated schoolwide ACSI/WASC accreditation, implemented a Site Safety Plan, and conducted parent and community virtual development meetings. Implemented a new teacher mentoring program, an IEP/IAP process serving double the previous student population, and a new tardy and discipline process that reduced suspensions and expulsions by over 90%. Collaborated with community and national organizations, including Hart Ransom, Modesto Junior College, Grant Canyon University, NorthStar, Campus, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology, to establish partnerships that enhanced student’s access to extended learning. Managed a budget of over 3 million dollars.
