I began my journey in the travel industry while living in Austin, Texas. I was searching for a career that was both exciting as well as challenging. I was fortunate enough to have been hired by an agency whose owners had a very strong business ethic, as well as a deep desire to improve and enrich their client's lives through travel.After over 25 years in the travel agency environment and selling my own agency, I completed my certification through the International Tour Management Institute in San Francisco and expanded my career into Tour Management.Through this connection, I was offered a position as Shore Excursions Manager onboard the American Queen and subsequently worked onboard 7 ships as trainer for Shore Excursion Mangers. I also worked as the Cruise Extension Development Manager for American Queen Voyages and I am currently working with the Concierge Team at IMAR Entertainment.
