As the Secretary of the Mass Communications Committee, I lead the Public Relations functions at Nee Soon Town Council. My role involves overseeing the PR team, managing online and print media, handling press queries, and crafting various online and ground communication materials. I collaborate with community partners on outreach projects involving MPs and residents, while providing support to Property teams and other departments. Additionally, I organize community events with significant participation and private events. My team and I actively manage residents' feedback, utilizing data from Customer Satisfaction and Service Quality Surveys to enhance organizational services. Beyond ensuring positive branding, I spearhead special projects, particularly in sustainability, and assist Senior Management with adhoc duties to align with our goal of building a modern, sustainable, vibrant, and caring town.

As the Deputy PRCL Manager and Assistant Secretary of the Publicity & Outreach Committee at Ang Mo Kio Town Council, I collaborated with internal divisions and external stakeholders, including journalists, vendors, MPs, town councillors, and government agencies. I led the production of diverse digital and print materials, from notices and advisories to banners and newsletters, educating residents on municipal issues. Managing the website and social media, I responded to resident feedback, coordinated events, and worked closely with 7 MPs, including Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong.In addition to media monitoring, monthly reports, and community outreach, I drafted press releases and statements. As the Officer-in-Charge, I successfully organized Tree Planting Day (2020 & 2021), Ang Mo Kio-In-Bloom 2021, and SG Clean Day 2021. Amid the pandemic, I assisted residents facing financial challenges, managing Service & Conservancy Charges arrears. My responsibilities also extended to ad-hoc duties involving government-audited financial procedures.

As the face of Salesforce, I helped to deliver exceptional guest experiences that bring the Ohana culture to life. The Real Estate & Workplace Services team serves as a constant resource to their Ohana of Customers, Employees, and Guests, by effectively managing workplace needsand acting as an enthusiastic brand ambassador. Besides attending to concierge tickets for workplace services requests, courier requests, meetings and events, I was also in charge of daily reception duties such as the ordering of office supplies, distribution of mails, allocation of storage spaces, and preparation of access badges for visitors as well as on-boarding new hires. Salesforce was also crowned one of the ‘Best Places to Work in Singapore’ during my employment period.

My responsibilities included generating leads, closing sales, supporting existing clients, formulating sales strategies, and effectively conveying product values. I dedicated myself to understanding clients' goals, managing the agency's creative team, and overseeing the creation of impactful marketing campaigns, including the annual Singapore Best Food contest.Additionally, I took charge of managing Bestfoody's social media accounts, app, and website, which included overseeing the e-commerce platform for food delivery. I successfully handled the Facebook pages of the agency's clients in the F&B industry, ensuring a cohesive and engaging online presence.
