The other side of my daily tasks involves me in pre-sales activities which consist in customers meetings to analyze and understand their needs both in consultancy and new business development, such as software refactoring, new developments and project integration. Daily use of all G.suite and MS Office, the most common business applications, with an Agile approach to project development using Jira software or Gantt applications to organize the effort, and monitoring all the project phases and release.
