During my consulting career, I have had the opportunity to gain significant expertise in Technology Transfer as well as R&D and Innovation Projects financing processes aimed to increase the competitiveness of hi-tech companies and/or the capabilities of researchers to valorize own project ideas, as well as to create new start-up companies.My main expertises are focused on:- the coordination and management of R&D and innovation projects- the study and definition of business models and exploitation strategies- the definition of strategies for the IPRs management and protection aimed at exploiting the research results in the reference market.- analisys and definition of Quality Management System and related organizational processes- negotiation and contract managementI had the opportunity to increase my professional skills of leadership, management and negotiation, risk assessment, process analysis and problem solving, as well as to improve my relational and communicative attitudes to live and work with people in multicultural places and multi-skilled team working. I have always enriched my personal capabilities and professional skills devoting effort on a continuous training , attending to several professional courses and thematic seminars.
