VIP Package fulfillment tracking system for FIFA world cups 2010, 2014 and 2018. The system was connecting all responsible parties together: ticketing, packaging, delivery companies and end customers.Led separate teams in parallel, to deliver tracking systems, accreditation systems and event management systems.

Help onboard new B2B customers, and support existing ones. For example, the city of Mannheim, SMA Solar, Sanofi Pasteur, Julius Baer Bank were all running this event management system. I was running a team of developers, and also doing my own coding.The project was built on top of the Prado framework. Java and Jasperreports were used to produce documents and reports.
