JVX LLC, now Valgorithm, initially partnered with a PLLC to create JVX.tech. Valgorithm, as the managing service organization, put all the systems in place, developed the logo and brand, handled all marketing designs, optimized tools, hired the right people, and implemented the software—transforming the firm to reach more clients, move faster, and achieve tenfold success. Valgorithm also led the hiring, onboarding, and developed a blueprint for hiring lawyers effectively, while automating administrative tasks, and onboarding and training a virtual assistant to reduce 50% of repetitive tasks—allowing the managing partner to focus more on their core work and bringing in clients. As a result, the company experienced a 200% increase in clients, and has now been rebranded as JVX Legal, as a dedicated legal service provider.

First Head of People Executive at Alpha. Built out Talent, Employee Experience, and HR functions from the ground up.Successfully served as both the Director of Patient Operations and Head of People concurrently, providing leadership and guidance for all facets of company operations and HR for 1 year.Developed and implemented a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy & SOP, resulting in the recruitment of 120 new hires and accelerating company growth from 60 to 180 employees within just 18 months.Established best practices for remote recruitment, onboarding, and training, ensuring seamless integration and smooth transitions for new employees.Spearheaded the development of a compensation philosophy and a compensation committee across all departments, implementing performance reviews, raises, and a promotion structure.Collaborated with legal on rewriting the company handbook and code of conduct, then rolled out the updated documents company-wide to promote ethical responsibility and accountability.Led the effort to bring in a benefits broker and improve benefits within the first 6 months, enhancing the company's ability to attract and retain top talent.Established culture and wellness committees and planned and executed multiple departmental off-sites to foster team collaboration and dynamics.

Spearheading growth and development, I expanded Alpha's patient operations to treat 80+ conditions across 40 states and serve 34,000+ patients.In the area of talent acquisition, I successfully built out best practices for remote hiring prior to the pandemic, scaling and overseeing the patient support team (RNs, MAs, and Support) from 2 to 30 people, as well as scaling the provider team from 2 to 35.Developed Standard Operating Procedures for the patient support team and drove innovation in process development, playing a key role in product, design, and marketing aspects.
