Built an in-house low-latency live streaming infrastructure with WebRTC and HLS. Moved the org from Vimeo Livestream to this infra in less than two months with zero downtime, and saved a ton of cash in the process! Built systems to serve Video On Demand via HLS and DASH, while maintaining content security and preventing piracy via Widevine and Fairplay DRM. Had key integrations with YouTube to enable seamless simulcast with streaming infra, that helps provide free classes and generate more leads from users. Also worked on several product requirements that vastly improved the user experience and revenue, like Testbook SuperCoaching and Skill Academy.
