At Climes, I fulfill a diverse role as a designer in an early-stage start-up. I collaborate with the product team to design our new v4 platform, ensuring a seamless user experience. This also extended to working on our in-house carbon counter product with the new design system. Additionally, I work closely with the marketing team to create captivating visuals that effectively communicate our unique offerings. I also take charge of organizing and upskilling the design team, fostering a growth-oriented environment. Our collective efforts aim to facilitate finance transfer to nature-based carbon capture solutions in India, making a positive impact on sustainability.

At Commonplace, my role was to help communicate issues of social importance through my design skills. We collaborated with the Centre of Social and Behavioural Change (CSBC-Ashoka University) to design their social media campaign, overseeing the process from concept design to file handoff and final delivery.

As a design consultant at Pax Politica, I collaborated directly with the founder to develop strategic approaches, applying user-centered design principles, for creating a range of communication design interventions. Some of these interventions included infographics and social media posts, aimed at visually showcasing Pax Politica's impactful work to their target audience.

At Dalberg Design, we collaborate with organizations worldwide in the social impact sector, utilizing human-centered design tools and methodologies to tackle their toughest challenges. As a visual communication designer, my role involved creating diverse visual collaterals like infographics, prototypes, journey maps, publication designs, and posters. Additionally, I contributed to various domains including research, user testing, information synthesis, and insight generation.

1) I was responsible for branding and identity design for the Platform Commons Foundation, a non-governmental organization dedicated to developing an open-source framework for technology solutions in the field of social impact.2) As part of the Digital Inside Project at Mindtree, I collaborated with the Vice President, Consultants, Project Managers, and Mindtree team members over a span of 6-8 months to create an interface design system and visual language for our mobile and web applications. This ambitious initiative aimed to fully digitize internal processes and tasks, enabling Mindtree to leverage technology effectively.3) I took the lead in developing the social media strategy and visual design for the UNDP Prithvi project, which was part of the I Got Garbage initiative. Collaborating with the consulting team, we worked together to drive impact and bring about positive change through effective social media communication.4) Within the Agri-Business program, I played a key role in editorial and experience design. Through partnerships with state governments, local institutions, and rural schools, we designed and implemented a comprehensive two-day workshop in collaboration with the Kerala government. Our objective was to foster a mindset of becoming impact entrepreneurs in agriculture and promote sustainable local business practices.

At Ishan Khosla Design, we collaborated directly with Ishan on several projects, encompassing a range of design disciplines. These projects included branding and packaging design for a French perfume product, web design for a High Net Worth Individual (HNI) client's website revamp, editorial design for major corporate brochures and annual reports, packaging design for an in-house product, and book cover designs for an international publisher.

Over a span of two years, I had the opportunity to take on various roles at Supersike, with the most notable being project manager and game designer/artist for the Playmat project. This game was designed for children aged 5-7 and created in collaboration with Sesame Street New York. My responsibilities included client communication, team management, prototyping, interface design, user flows, visual design, user testing, and project delivery.Additionally, I was responsible for developing art assets and user interface elements for our award-winning game title, 'One More Run,' which was available on the Google Play Store in 2015. I also contributed to visual design and collaterals for another title, 'One More Pass,' and provided game design inputs for various client and in-house game development projects.

During my time at Springer, I played a role in formulating marketing strategies for scientific e-journals and e-books targeting tier-2 and tier-3 colleges/universities in Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh. Additionally, I contributed to the ideation and development of a marketing strategy for promoting Springer Materials, one of our flagship research products, to research labs nationwide.
