I am working in Four Soft Limited as a Support Analyst.

Roles & Responsibilities :Level 1 application support for client issues like adding or deleting new users, resetting password, error notification to clients while uploading data file to serversAnalysis of the logs raised by the clientsMonitoring Database server, by connecting server through VPN LinksSegregating the issues in terms of bugs / change requestsComplete resolution of logs raised by clients as Query about the applicationCreations of Documents such as User Guides on request by client / internal staffTo handle user admin activities like creating user accounts, deactivating user accounts assigning rights, reset passwordsLogging Customer complaints via email & telephone from clients based; and Ireland. Forwarding them to correct application support peoples with co-coordinating clientMonitoring EOD activity for back up of client database.

Job Profile : To check mails and solve employees problem regarding their transportation and reply them by mail.Handling employees calls.Creating Weekly Roster for employee's regular pick up and drop facility.
