• Manage staff of fifteen L2 application support engineers in day to day operations.• Assist in prioritizing workflow; providing support and coaching of associates.• Working closely with process team such as incident, change, availability, problem managers.• Working as automation lead wherein I need to implement the potential ideas into automations.• Assess, analyze, develop, document and implement changes management based on requests for change for Standard Change, Normal Change and Emergency Change with proper deployment steps.• Handling Incident Management process to ensure that the performance of the team achieves the defined performance targets SLAs and KPIs.• Ensure incidents and problems are up-to-date. Ensure all technical and non-technical documentation (SOPs) are up-to-date. Also contribute to management reports like governance compliance report.
