In January 2014 I joined Mane B.V. as a Recruitment Consultant. After finalizing my thesis I started working at Sthree as Analyst. During this period I worked together with the Benelux Director Perm, my day to day activities ware analyzing the business done each month by the different brands that ware part of the Sthree holding. The business analysis could vary from personal performance for each consultant to general performance of the whole Benelux Area. The main goal of the business analysis was addressing the improvement points.

In order to graduate for the Bsc study of International Business I wrote my thesis at Sthree plc. During a period of 5 months I did a research on how to increase the repeat business. The research covert the Benelux area, including 7 offices and 5 different brands. The 5 brands are specialized in recruiting personnel in the fields of Offshroe, Oil and Gas, ICT, Finance, Pharmaceuticals. The research resulted in a overview of points where they could improve on and a implementation plan on how to improve those.
