The reason that we have opened an office in Kosovo is the lack of suitable (and available) candidates on sourcing in the Netherlands and the pool of suitable Resource specialists, who are fluent English speaking, in Kosovo. On a daily bases we discuss deliverables and goals for each team member and this will be managed by an experienced manager in Kosovo.
