Responsible for overseeing the engineering departments of the project (Propulsion & Aerodynamics, Structures and Electronics & Control) or a total of 19 members, initial design (Class I and Class II), systems engineering related taks and aerodynamic design of the initial prototype.

This role entails the following tasks:Aided in programming a potential flow simulation tool for students to use and learn (Python)Direct weekly exercise sessions with students for exam preparation (50-70 students)Answer student posted questions on the online platform BrightspaceAid in final and resit exam grade organization

This role involves assisting the responsible professor in course preparation, providing help to students during practice lectures and grading the final exams of the course.

Collaborating with fellow honours students on implementing CERN's research in imaging and detection technologies to solve real-world problems/needs, finalizing with a product demonstration at CERN and an academic paper, with subsequent publishing in CERN's journal.

The Honours Programme Bachelor is an additional academic programme for outstanding students who wish to take on a new challenge during their studies. It involves learning about topics such as sustainability or social skills while also selecting a research project of your own under the supervision of a selected mentor professor.My current research project centers around the improvement of Volumetric Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV) with the use of helium filled soap bubbles (HFSB) on the micron scale in order to better understand boundary layer flows, under the supervision of Professor Fulvio Scarano and PhD candidate Adrián Guille Guerra.
