Performed as the Social Lead for the event Vietnam Innovation Summit 2024**Vietnam Innovation Summit (VIS) is an annual event hosted by InnoLab Asia that brings together policymakers, governmental agencies, regional funds, leading corporations, fast growing startups, accelerators and influencers worldwide. In 2024, VIS has recorded 1500+ participants from 20+ countries, 100+ speakers and experts, and 40+ businesses showcasing at the event.View detailed information about VIS here: https://vis2024.innolab.asia/RESPONSIBILITIES- Research, develop and implement a comprehensive content plan (before, during and after) for the event through multiple channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, online webinars.- Manage the content calendar to ensure timely content delivery. - Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to quality standards- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams, external stakeholders and partners to develop strategic communication through social content and online webinars to widespread the event's information.- Collect, report and analyse data for understanding content performance and making informed decisions for content strategy improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES- Conduct ongoing market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging topics, and best practices in content creation.- Develop and implement a comprehensive content plan for the designated channels (including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads) that aligns with marketing and communication goals.- Generate engaging and educational content across various formats (including blog posts, social media content, videos, webinars, and other resources)- Manage the content calendar, ensuring deadlines are met and contributing to timely content delivery.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure content aligns with business objectives and adheres to brand guidelines.- Collect, report and analyse data for understanding content performance and making informed decisions for content strategy improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Plan, write, and edit internal announcements, publications, and other related communication materials on channels such as emails, newsletter, monthly meetings following brand guideline and ensuring compelling aesthetic.- Assist Communication Leader to organize and coordinate internal corporate events; cooperate with other Business Teams to produce effective communication materials for the event.- Support other Business Teams to create polished, high-quality content to spread their good works amongst the global team.- Cooperate with external agencies to develop effective media and events.

For Uni-VERSE Dance Competition 2022**Uni-VERSE Dance Competition is an annual dance competition among university dance groups organized by The LYRICÍST since 2022. In the first season, the competition had attracted the participation of approximately 30 university dance groups and had gained significant reputation within the dancing community in Vietnam.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Administer guest management of approximately 60 artists and partners.- Manage on-site check-in process and merchandise purchasing activities by coordinating a team of 20 volunteers.- Contact and coordinate with vendors and others supply partners in terms of venue preparation, merchandise production and logistics management.- Create PR articles on VieZ to promote the competition.
