Provide theoretical and experimental input to the design, development, implementation of novel analytical methods to support research projects relating to the development of synthetic, small molecules and oligonucleotide-based, therapeutics. Contribute to multiple projects, generating and analyzing complex data independently to help guide project direction and decisions. Communicate findings to manager/department/cross functional project teams and proactively offer ideas for troubleshooting and/or next steps for potential resolutions.

Develop, improve and perform assays to predict the DMPK profile of molecules synthesized during lead optimization in small molecule Discovery projects. To deconvolute in vitro to in vivo correlations for DMPK endpoints; they will address key mechanistic questions leveraging state of art in vitro and in silico ADME science, including physiologically based PK modeling for programs and issues across the discovery portfolio.
