- Contact local and international suppliers/manufacturers and send inquiry for quotation, and other required documents.- Check, prepare and input the terms and conditions on Purchase Order and other contract documents under the instruction of Procurement Manager.- Operate Procurement System SAP ByD to issue PO and follow up orders.- Coordinate with each sub-system Manager, construction team and Logistic team to complete Orders, including Document checking such as “Request for Procurement”.- Support negotiation and other Procurement Activities for Procurement Executive/Manager, interpret/translate English - Vietnamese.- Update procurement schedule for various items.- Support subcontractors’ claims management with Procurement Manager.- Any administration work such as paperwork arrangement.- Any tasks instructed by Procurement Manager.
