In my role, I leverage my expertise in learning strategies to not only disseminate information but also to ensure it is assimilated and applied effectively across the organization.Previously, as Lead Instructional Designer, I cultivated a team adept at identifying and addressing educational needs, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for junior designers, and enhancing the quality of training materials. This experience underpins my current mission: to continually refine our communication programs, making certain they align with the evolving landscape of our members' needs and the credit union's strategic objectives.
