Key areas of accountability:• Set team goals based on Goals of the Business & HR Department and Company Core Values;• Strategic planning to achieve team goals: Decomposing goals; Planning; Assigning tasks; Controlling the implementation process and output; Report; Turn lessons learned into documents;• Team development: Recruitment; Onboarding & Orientation; Training & Development; Performance Management; Promote;• Develop Organizational Culture: Develop a culture of sharing and mutual support in the team; Corporate Cultural diffuse through media events, code of conduct in the internal and external environment, monitor and adjust employee behaviors;• Partner with department leaders/ managers: to develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business objectives; to provide guidance and support on HR policies; to negotiate with stakeholders to reconcile conflicts and promote a positive work environment;• Update company regulations in accordance with current laws; Propose more efficient improvement methods to HRM;• Increase Employee Engagement & Employee Experience, Reduce Turnover Rate: each HR demonstrates professionalism when performing employee-related tasks; Organizes many team building activities & events; Proposes the appropriate benefits; Timely intervention in cases of intention to leave; • Work with the internal and external ISO audit team on the tasks of the HR Department.

Key areas of accountability:• Recruitment: Develop the recruitment plan for each campaign;• Investigate the salary levels in the general market and propose to the BOD to adjust the salary suitable for each position every year;• Compensation & Benefits: Calculate KPI per month; Monitor the staff’s timesheets; Calculate the monthly salary for 5 countries: Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippine, Vietnam;• Labor contract: Prepare & Update the offer letter form, labor contract form, appendix to labor contract form, termination document form;• Filing system: Monitor & Update the staff information regularly, monthly payroll data.

Key areas of accountability:• Organize the events of SCI at HCM office: Training, Events, All staff meeting, Closing workshops,…;• Carry out Supply Chain activities: work with the Program department, Supply Chain department and Suppliers to process the Procurement packages;• Support HR department: prepare logistic for interview; onboard, handover & farewell to the staffs in HCM office; contact to FOSCO for staff’s social insurance.
