- Calculating monthly personal income tax (“PIT”), social/health/unemployment insurance contributions (“SIHIUI”) and net remuneration- Preparing monthly payroll reports- Performing procedures concerning SIHIUI compliance such as the preparation and submission of the monthly reports to the SI Agency, renewal of HI cards and processing claims for SI benefits- Performing procedures in relation to labor registration/deregistration and dependant registration- Preparing PIT returns- Preparing and following up employees’ documents- Carrying out other tasks as assigned by managers

- Being responsible for salaries and benefits for employees (bonuses, allowances, severance allowances, ...).- Conducting works relating to return the working expense and pay the remuneration to the employees.- Keeping track of newly signed, re-signed labor contracts; preparing labor contracts.- Checking sabbatical leave and timekeeping of employees.- Finalizing personal income tax.- Preparing monthly and quarterly tax returns.- Working with tax authorities.- Performing personnel reports and salary reports.- Making salary policies for units enjoying business salaries based on output, revenue and profit.
