• Assist managing director in successful doing business in Vietnam • Attract, motivate and retain a team of consultants• Doing recruiting activities to achieve business goals• Implement measures for recruiting and maintaining competent employees, including training and development• Develop, localize and maintain appropriate management and performance systems to monitor performance• Successfully build and operate an evaluation system for local staffs• Optimize the operating system, evaluation system, achieving cost savings• Set up company goals, timetables and budget and ensure the goals are met• Maintain, test and improve productivity of employees

SSP Project:• Implemented SSP (Sale Stimulation Program) project at branches and their TSOs• Establish KPIs for Account Officer, and Teller by analyzing on financial statement of business operations• Training skills to employees of TSOs such as telesales, face-to-face sale, teamwork, and time management• Frequently checked and supervised the activities of TSOs based on the criteria of SSP project• Weekly summarized data of TSOs in order to produce numerical report to director• Be responsible to analyze and to generate numerical data • Trained and supported soft skills to banking staffs in follow-up visit
