Lead a copper splicing crew of 16 union technicins that completed various projects in and around central Ohio.

Strategic planed the design and placement of various copper, fiber and equipment throughout downtown Columbus and other areas. Responsible for providing service to undeveloped areas as well as reinforcement. Principle planner for the first fiber subdivision in Columbus.

Responsible for placing (line crew), splicing and repairing AT&T phones lines, poles and cables throughout the area. Proficient in all environments, aerial , buried, buildings and underground.

Day to day call center position where we discussed customer billing. Also sales of new services to the customer that called in.
