NNTS offers practical solutions for the technical problems that businesses and governmental organizations face. We tackle these problems with multidisciplinary teams of master students with an engineering background. As a graduate student at Witteveen+Bos, I worked on a single framework with which the long term (2070-2100) "climate adaptiveness" of Dutch neighborhoods can be assessed. More specifically, I developed a method to quantitatively assess if neighborhoods can cope with long-term climate change hazards such as pluvial floods, heat stress and groundwater.

As an ambassador to the Dutch Water Top Sector, it is primarily my job to encourage youngsters to pursue studies or get employed in the Dutch water sector. I also attempt to increase awareness regarding water-related issues among the Dutch people.
