Coordination of more than 250 annual imports of various lines of writing instruments, accessories and backpacks from Asia, and exports to more than 6 countries in Latin America. Strategic planning of annual sales and purchasing forecast for more than 800 SKUs, based on demand projections and adjusted to the school season. Negotiation with current suppliers. Landed cost definition of imported products. Generation and analysis of management reports (Lead time, Savings, Forecast Accuracy, Product rotation, Inventory). Sourcing and development of new suppliers and products. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams throughout the product development cycle, meeting established deadlines and budgets.

Responsible for acquiring disposable medical supplies from more than 20 national and international suppliers, as well as productive and non-productive supplies and/or services for the company. Development and management of the annual purchasing plan, based on sales forecast, production plan, budget and stock levels. Search for alternative sources of supply and evaluation of the performance of existing suppliers. Contract negotiation and price analysis to optimize costs. Monitoring of management indicators, replenishment costs and control of the entry of merchandise and invoices into the system. Daily management of more than 200 annual operations with suppliers, forwarders, shippers, technical management, finance and logistics. Preparation and submission of purchase orders, as well as compliance with the requirements of the Integrated Import Monitoring System (SIMI). Experience in opening letters of credit and filing of documents to the National Administration of Medicines, Food and Technology (ANMAT). Analysis of logistic costs and definition of import costs. Participation in the development of new products for market expansion.

Attention and management of national and international customers, forwarders and customs brokers for HANJIN shipping line. Effective communication with freight forwarders at origin to ensure smooth coordination of shipments. Extensive knowledge in the issuance and receipt of import and export documentation (B/L, Cargo Manifest, Transshipments, Arrival Notices, Multi-notes, IMO Cagas, Guarantee charges). Management of the collection of local charges and issuance of free debt. Handling of Malvina and ALPS systems.

Analysis and control of investment projects in the Public Programs and Economic Development Departments, PACC Window of the SEPYME. Administration of more than 15 lines of financing offered to chambers adhered to the entity.
