I am a PhD in Molecular and Cell Biology from University College London, UK. From 2014 to 2021, I was a science communication officer at the Public Engagement Unit (former Science Communication and Outreach Unit) at Instituto Gulbenkian de Ciência (IGC), Portugal. For 7 years, I was mainly responsible for the organisation and implementation of science education projects and for the organisation of public events. In 2021, I became a Project Manager at the School of Agriculture (ISA), Portugal. I was the co-coordinator of the Erasmus Mundus Master Programme: Mediterranean Forestry and Natural Resources Management (MEDfOR), funded by the European Commission.In 2024, I became the Programme Manager of the Education & Training Unit at the Gulbenkian Institute for Molecular Medicine (GIMM).
