I have been focused on doing exactly that for over 10 years as an Executive working for several Sonae companies: Zippy (Apparel), SportZone (Sportswear) and Worten (Consumer Electronics). In these companies, my work has been mainly in the Commercial B2C and B2B areas, as well as in Retail Finance and Point of Sale Insurance Products, and more recently in developing and implementing go to market strategies in Energy and Home Solutions areas. In all these roles, developing partnerships has been key to the success of the businesses I led.I worked for 7 Years as a Strategic Consultant at McKinsey & Company and developed what would be the basis of my work practice: a structured approach to problem-solving and focus on results. It was also at McKinsey that I developed my curiosity and love for lifelong learning. I was honored to graduate top 3% of my class at Universidade Católica Portuguesa and achieve my MBA from the University of Michigan Business School, graduating with High Distinction (top 2% of the class). I recently received Santander´s W50 Next Generation Leaders scholarship, which brings 50 international women leaders to the London School of Economics and Political Sciences (LSE), to study leadership at the C-Level.
