Responsible for managing the administrative processes of the Internal Audit Section including budget monitoring, purchasing, performance management, formatting, updating and proofreading audit reports; serve as back up receptionist; performing personnel technician duties such as posting vacancies, Health Benefits Representative, vacation and sick leave monitoring, completing employee related documents, personnel file maintenance, HR Master Data Maintainer; processing SBI Reports, writing and revising Standard Operating Procedures; and developing annual and semi-annual reports; In performing these duties I use Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Access.

God has called me to preach the Gospel as often as I am granted opportunity to encourage those who seek to enter into and nurture a personal relationship with God.

Served as a "hands on" manager administering a full array of human resource programs including, but not limited to employment, classification, compensation, staff development, benefits, performance management, employee relations, workers' compensation, policy development and interpretation and related issues. Managed the HR budget and served as resource for department heads as they monitored their departmental budgets. Conducted job fairs.
