As a Master Data Management Administrator, I work with programs like Business Efecte, GCM (Global Company Master), and D&B (Dun & Bradstreet) to work on verifying customers' information. Use a ticketing system to solve discrepancies and update any information for customers.

As a personal assistant to Attorney Isabel Suarez, I assist in organizing her clients' profiles, calling to gather more information, attending court with Attorney Suarez and her clients. Attorney Suarez also owns a bookkeeping business where I help out with the businesses they support.

As an HR Division Intern, I am in charge of one of our incentive programs with more than 400 stores on it and 5,000+ employees. Helping out with multiple reports and learning new ways to become better at using excel and other Microsoft Office apps. Gaining experience and an internal view of the new acquisition with 7-Eleven.

As a commuter, I found applying to this position important. As a Hub Attendant, we have a safe space for student commuters/new transfers to go to when they want some alone time or a more private spot to do their homework/study. I am a point of contact for any commuter who needs someone to talk to or just to chat casually. We also host some events so that commuters, like myself, can meet other commuters and have more friends.

As a customer service representative, I was able to help our clients determine the status of their disability claim, help further the process of their claims. I was able to work with different systems and software, and continued developing my Microsoft skills.

Getting a summer job in 2020 was a little bit harder as it was in the middle of the pandemic. Thankfully, at La Michoacana, I was able to start working in their new restaurant. I was the server, cashier, and made the flavored water and chips. I was able to work on my management skills, customer service, and problem-solving skills as well.

Worked with the Business Leader of Operations. As an intern, I was able to work with the many department at Oesterlen. I started by researching different logo companies and seeing which one would have a better bundle ( Oesterlen was in the middle of getting a new logo). I then was moved to work with the marketing department and see more of how the new logo would look. I was able to see how they also planned for fundraising and getting in contact with donors. I worked on my excel skills as I was able to update and use excel sheets to track new and old donors for the company. Finally, throughout the internship, my knowledge of human resources was also growing. I was able to give ideas on how we could get new and old employees to attend or watch required videos for training.

Worked as a housekeeper and in laundry services.

Tutored high school students during the school year. During the summer of 2019, I stayed on campus for their summer program and taught my own workshop.
