My role is to provide support to operational staff to improve customer satisfaction and reduce complaints. Key Duties• Analysing customer satisfaction scores and complaints data to ensure regulatory targets are met and exceeded• Working alongside National Grids Contract Management and Control (CMAC) to achieve customer excellence• Support and work closely with senior management to maintain customer targets and implement innovative approaches to achieve upper quartile performance• Coaching and mentoring • Develop and deliver presentations and analyse the effectiveness • Organise and lead on customer events for employees and external customers• Liaise with key stakeholders such as local authorities, Transport for London, facilities management • Support with complaints and enquiries including end to end process management• Analyse trends and root cause of complaints to implement improvements• Dealing directly with the public• Capturing customer feedback to recognise good and poor performance • Recognise and share best practise and better ways of working
