  I am passionate about working collaboratively with clients to help them live more resourcefully. Talking to an ethically trained, impartial third party, who has your best interests at heart, in a confidential, non judgemental, accepting and reflective space can help you to gain perspective and facilitate increased self awareness. It can help you to arrive at a sense of clarity whilst supporting you to either change, accept or find ways of coping with your situation, promoting a sense of wellbeing. Many of us have inner dialogue which, in a misguided attempt to help keep us safe, can sometimes paralyse and sabotage us, preventing us from achieving our goals. In today's culture, the importance of attending to our mental health, verses our physical health, whilst becoming more openly discussed, is still a relatively taboo subject. I believe that it is a strength to seek help when we need it and understand that it takes courage to enter counselling for the first time. It is not selfish or self indulgent to look after our wellbeing - it is an essential element of self respect and personal growth!
