-Coordinate agendas, within strict deadlines, for continuing education seminars/webinars across the state of California for pesticide applicators who need to renew their licenses with the Department of Pesticide Regulations.-Facilitate continuing education seminars in their entirety including set-up, day-of facilitation, breakdown, and wrap-up.-Identify and coordinate with speakers with industry knowledge and expertise to give accredited presentations at continuing education seminars/webinars. -Prepare applications for accreditation with the Department of Pesticide Regulations and other organizations such as Certified Arborists, Certified Crop Advisors, and Golf Course Superintendents Association of America for each continuing education seminar/webinar.-Track and document spending per seminar to ensure each continuing education event is within a given budget.-Coordinate with venues and caterers in all stages of seminars (planning, executing, and post-event).-Complete data entry per seminar/webinar in a timely fashion including tracking all continuing education attendees and credits earned per attendee.

-Supervised and supported 40+ volunteer advocates for foster youth in Yolo County as they navigated the juvenile dependency system as well as built and maintained relationships with all parties on their assigned foster youth’s case-Worked collaboratively with a team to provide high quality ongoing training to volunteer advocates-Edited, filed, and distributed CASA court reports within court deadlines -Collected and entered all advocate data including monthly volunteer logs in a timely manner-Attended juvenile dependency hearings 2-4 times per week to take accurate notes and support volunteer advocates attending court on behalf of or with their assigned foster youth-Managed a wait list of referred foster youth and assisted in appointing them with advocates as volunteers become available-Regularly attended and/or facilitated meetings with community stakeholders, team members, volunteers, etc.-Stayed current on legislation and policies affecting youth in the dependency system

- Coordinated all class schedules for weekly and/or bi-weekly library visits as well as biannualtextbook check-in/out- Remained in compliance of Williams Settlement for two consecutive years by ensuring 700+students have all required textbooks checked out and accessible in classrooms-Completed annual inventory of all library materials including textbooks and technology with accuracy and timeliness- Facilitated school-wide reservations of 13 communal computer carts as well as providetroubleshooting assistance- Enriched student learning by reading aloud to classes, providing cultural competency lessons and print/online research instruction-Implemented "genrefication" of library materials which resulted in a 30% increase in circulation of library books within a school year-Charged with purchasing books and curating library materials to stay relevant with current trends in children’s and middle grade literature-Supervised and assisted students in after school tutoring/homework club 2 days a week- Voted Classified Employee of the Year for 2018-2019
