Current• Manage a full caseload of over 450+ IHSS evaluation services cases, including initial assessments and annual reassessments• Handle complex social service cases, particularly involving minor children with disabilities and IHSS protective supervision clients• Provide guidance and support for individuals and families with specialized needs, including Adult Protective Services, crisis intervention, and special medical/legal issues• Interpret and communicate policies, rules, and regulations to clients, applicants, and other stakeholders• Identify and report cases of elder abuse to appropriate agencies as needed• Conduct home visits and personal contacts to monitor compliance, collaborating with other agencies to link clients to resources and programs• Refer clients to additional services and assist applicants in utilizing available resources• Maintain thorough, confidential case documentation; participate in training and receive casework consultation• Engage with community organizations to provide referrals and resources, ensuring respectful and culturally sensitive service delivery• Utilize automated computer systems for data entry and retrieval, adhering to the NASW Code of Ethics
