Responsible For Onboarding For (NHO) New hire orientation throughout peak season,Audits, and also guiding trainers on training new tms on day to day functions • Prepare Target Team Member onboarding materials and logistics. • Facilitating and delivering certain Target Team Member onboarding trainings. • Select, evaluate, and develop the Team Member Trainers to ensure that building staffing and training timelines are communicated and met. • Setting up and maintaining training spaces to present training content to varying group sizes of new hires and current team members • Communicated staffing numbers and timelines to key parties in the building • Quickly building relationships with team members across the building in order to support their onboarding with an overall goal of improving team member performance and retention • Assisted with administrative tasks that support core training programs, such as printing training material, completing program adherence and practical tests, keying completed training, reviewing reports, or sending communication to building partners. Identifying opportunities for improvement, inconsistencies or inaccuracies, or other concerns in current training programs, and providing feedback to the appropriate parties in a timely manner Design and implement solutions to resolve inconsistencies, inaccuracies, and other concerns identified in current training programs with direction from Training Operations Manager

Ensure all drivers meet DOT/knight requirements regarding medical exams.Ensure that material is delivered in a timely fashion and provides drivers with information that excites and engages them into the Knight culture. Facilitate and lead engaging and informative orientation sessions.Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner which facilitates the success of business operations in order to meet company demands and expectations.Ensure all activities related to completion of driver files, verification of references, adherence to compliance related testing, and other pre-hire activities are done promptly and effectively to facilitate the hiring process.Maintain status of a DOT and non-DOT qualified collector for both hair and/or urine sample collections.
