I graduated from the University of Washington in December 2022 with my bachelor's degree in Computer Science. I specialized in data science courses where I learned SQL, Tableau, Python, and data science techniques to work with data. Prior to returning to school, I had over 8-years of work experience in sales and project management. I managed teams of over 100 associates and 5 managers, I implemented new inventory practices, ran grand-opening procedures for new stores, and developed new data dashboards. These experiences provided me with leadership skills and the ability to work with diverse, cross-functional teams.I was inspired to pursue a career in Technical Product/Program Management because I have always loved researching and solving business solutions. Furthermore, I love getting to know the customer and providing them with the service/product/experience that they need and want. A career in technical product/program management will allow me to use my past experiences to solve business problems with my new skills, technology and data.I would describe my best behavioral assets as being passionate, self-motivated, highly adaptable and eager to learn. I am also an enthusiastic manager with a passion for program management and team development. Proven success in team building and operational excellency.
