Coordination of Recruitment and Selection process;Internal Recruitment Management: opening of opportunities, management of internal applications, candidates notification;Assessment and Interviews;Employer Branding: participation in job fairs and initiatives in universities;Collaboration in the construction of a Performance Evaluation System through the implementation of tools such as competence/aptitude matrices in the operational areas;
