Liaising with different universities to hire students for several departments. My experience on this field has taken me to lead some important projects such as the first Talent Incubator in Spain in collaboration with Granada University. Other important projects is the coordination of a Master Degree of Digitalization of HHRR. We have just reached a 5 year milestone.Another project in the way is a Global project for Graduates in Alight.

Working in this department gave me the most useful knowledge on how to handle employees and their queries. Dealing with 1500 international employees on a day to day basis, helping them with queries, incidents, issues, processing new hires contracts, promotions, mandatory documentation, signing off with leavers, following structured processes to ensure deadlines and policies are met. This gave me the confidentiality to participate every month in HR training during Indiction days , where I would explain to new hires all about the company and its policies.Important liason with different entities for legal reasons, such as Social Security , Tax office, lawyers, Foreing office , Embassies.
