As a self-employed project manager (5 years), I had used my social science background, i.e. research methods, knowledge about management and leadership approaches, communication skill and techniques, in different projects outside academia. My projects contributed to diverse fields, like cultural evaluation, communication, market research, EU funding for transport projects, and evaluation of leadership development project. I am a generalist, acting value driven in support for sustainability, data security and transparency. I am curious and highly interested in learning, innovation and ideas. I know how to activate people for joint achievements. Being a former student of political sciences, and I am grateful for working in an international organization in favor for a more secure and peaceful future in our world society. In favor for a long-term perspective, I am working since mid 2016 for the EU Commission, starting in Communication. I strive since then to continue working and qualify myself further in project management following changing projects that were following the needs of the EU Commission, DG Joint Research Centre.
