Responsibilities Include: • Project coordination and Project Management for client projects (Canada, US and International) • Evaluate candidates credentials and present qualified applicants for available positions • Recruit and interview potential candidates for full time and contract positions • Strategize with hiring managers on processes and procedures of all current and future openings • Consult with hiring managers for status on openings current and projected • Implement interviewing methods and create job descriptions for all current and future openings • Maintain HRIS database with all candidate resumes, testing, and interview notes • Develop strong, effective relationships with clients • Provide weekly status reports • Follow up with candidates and hiring managers in a timely fashion • Work closely with Account Managers; tracking current and possible future client requirements as well as promoting qualified Candidates • Pre-screen and perform initial interview with external and internal candidates for departmental hiring managers; act as liaison between candidates and managers during hiring process • Develop relationships and maintain regular contact with large candidate pool utilizing networking skills through cold calling, highly focused Internet searches, and job postings • Proficient in Bullhorn ATS for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates
