Working with job descriptions, posting jobs in a creative way, hunting the best profiles – A players, Focus on user experience.HR activities – payroll, time clock record, benefits, supplies office control, company awards, performance assessment. Working together with India and US team 

Recruitment process- understand the demand of the area, perform profile surveys, job positions, screening of CVs, interviews by competencies, preparation of the technical and behavioral report of all hierarchical levels; Individual development of employees, combined with tools for evaluation by competencies; Internal training based on company needs and training on human development and labor relations; Training for leaders; Application of psychological and Brazilian behavioral tests such as BFP, ADT, and PDA - reports for hirings and internal evaluations; Metrics control - Attrition reports and Absenteeism Indicators; Personal Department (payroll) Routines.
