The Vehicle System Integration Engineer is responsible for specifying requirements, execution and evaluation of designs, analysis, development, testing and control of software related to a vehicle program. Skills that were required were knowledge and understand of engineering systems, assembly plant processes, diagnostic and problem solving skills, project planning and working effectively in a team.

This role involved coordinating & tracking the release of all software parts for vehicles, from the initiation of engineering work order by the design responsible engineer to the delivery of the software to the vehicle assembly plant or pre-production operations centre & the aftersales community. The primary focus is to coordinate & track the release of software for Holden built products, but also encompassed products built in other GM assembly plants and build areas around the globe.
