The Director, Teacher Training, Curriculum and Evaluation is the instructional leader in the Out Teach organization. The Director is responsible for creating, building and improving structures that support all aspects of teacher training, curriculum development and evaluation. This role ensures that the Out Teach program is implemented nationally with fidelity and consistency, ensuring the greatest impact. The Director, Training, Curriculum and Evaluation is responsible for using current research to create, build and improve structures to lead a best in class teacher training program that impacts teacher effectiveness, student engagement, and academic achievement using experiential learning.In addition, the Director works with organization leadership to help determine strategy for impact and growth, maximizing instructional impact, with the goal of transforming education in our partner schools.

Think Tank is a unique elementary STEM program based specifically on a combination of Habits of Mind and Multiple Intelligence theory. Through Next Generation Science Standards based units and programs, students explicitly develop thinking and problem solving skills. In addition, the program serves all students in the school starting at preschool. Every students age 3 through 5th grade takes part in Think Tank every week. The other parts of the program are the partnerships it allows. From Jr. Beekeeping to Environmental Engineering, Engineering is Elementary to Project Lead the Way, the classroom provides a place to bring in enriching curricula.
